Public Relations
Governmental agencies, service organizations and private businesses have all become more concerned with how they interact internally and with their communities. As such, many have made an organizational commitment to public relations.
Due to that commitment, Illinois State University and other nationally-known schools offer public relations as a major area of study. The public relations major at ISU is designed to prepare students to help private industry and public organizations improve the quality of communication among themselves, their employees and the general public.
